Terms of Service.

This is a subscription based service for creative and technical work done by a real human professional. Each subscription follows the same format. All subscriptions offers a return of tasks. Tasks are completed one at a time and returned at your pre-selected interval.

Each subscription can have unlimited brands and user access.

Services

With each subscription you have the ability to unlock the services your business needs. Each service enables a range of solutions within its specific discipline.

Each service is priced to cover the skills and tools necessary to build your business system(s). Depending on your needs and our time together, we can build better, more complete workflows that cover your full business requirements and enable success.

Frequency

Frequency is what I refer to as your return interval or turnaround time between completed tasks.

72 Hours or 1x Week

48 Hours or 2x Week

36 Hours or 3x Week

All frequencies are based on open business days. Those being Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

Payable Schedule

Standard practice for all subscriptions is to be renewed monthly. Incentives are offered for clients who seek a long-term commitment

Save 10% off your subscription when you pay quarterly.

Save 20% off your subscription when you pay yearly.

Task Management

Studio Task Manager is currently under-development. In the meantime all customers will be provided a private link, where they may submit, upload and reorder tasks as well as track the progress of any tasks submitted.

Refunds

Full refunds are only provided within 5 business days of your subscription initialization date upon cancelation. A 50% refund is provided if cancelation occurs within 5 and 10 business days of your subscription initialization date. No refunds are provided after 15 days of service.

Pause Subscription

You may pause your subscription at anytime. Pausing a subscription can allow you extend the life of your retainer. All paid and paused subscriptions expire 12 months from its last paused date.

Cancel Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All subscriptions will end at the end of any paid term. There are no refunds for unused time on a subscription. Terminating your subscription also terminates active products and links that may be serving your business.

If you wish to continue having those products and links operating, then you may elect to enter, Maintenance Mode.

Maintenance Mode

Maintenance Mode is for the customer who no longer needs iterations on any system(s) built but rather someone to sustain and support that system(s).

Maintenance Mode essentially turns off "Task Requests" for any particular Power, but keeps built systems online and maintained at a fraction of the cost. The cost is currently outlined on a per case basis.

Subscription Changes

Requests for changes in your subscription can be made at support@brhytstudio.com

Boosts

Super power your subscription with boosts. Boosts are add-ons that enable additional access and privileges.

Couple Requests

2x your output of completed requests at every return for 1.5x times your powers.

Brand Guide

Document your brand as you build it. A living online document with with downloadable assets. Use it as a record of identity, a library of your brand made to teach and share things about your brand. Use it internally for brand management training or publicly for press and media usage.

Requires Design Power. This boost is available upon request after a subscription has been created.

Discovery

Discovery is for any business in need of some direction. It's an opportunity to work together one on one for a limited period.

Discovery secures 3, three-hour sessions scheduled within 3 to 4 weeks from each other. Each session is at least an hour and goes as long as we have need and/or availability.
